Your privacy is very important to the Company. This Policy details how the Company collects, uses, and/or discloses the personal information you provide. Changes to this Policy will be made by posting a new Policy on the Site. For this reason, the Company recommends that you review the Policy posted on the Site regularly so that you can stay informed of Company practices.

By visiting the Site, using the advertised products or services, or by voluntarily submitting information to the Company, you agree that you are accepting the practices described in the Policy. You expressly agree to receive offers (via email or otherwise) from the Company Representative(s), offers sent (via email or otherwise) by the Company on behalf of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries, affiliated companies (the “Affiliates”), advertising businesses (the “Businesses”) and carefully selected third parties, and offers (via email or otherwise) from an independent third party Online Business Systems Representative (the “Representative”) who will contact you directly in order to discuss the information you requested. About the Company:
The Company is a car-simulator mobile business. The Company sells its services to customers like you, willing to practice their learned driving skills, without needing to go behind an actual wheel when self-confidence is still an issue. To cater to both customers and businesses, the Company collects and uses certain information. The type of personal information the Company collects, together with a description of how the Company uses and/or discloses such personal information, is described in this Policy.

Information Collection:
While on the Site, you may choose to provide personal information to the Company by voluntarily completing any of the online forms, contests, surveys, advertisements, or email.

The personal information you provide to the Company may include such things as your name, mailing address, electronic mail address, and telephone number(s). In addition, you may choose to provide the Company with such other additional personal information including your age, personal interests and goals, employment interests and biographical information. If you provide us with your credit card (or other form of payment) information (“Payment Information”), this will not be collected by our system, but instead by our current online gateway system.

The personal information you provide may be dependent upon the online form, contest, survey and/or advertisement to which you are responding and expressing an interest. You are under no obligation to provide such personal information and can choose not to provide such information simply by not entering it or emailing it when asked. In addition, Company personnel who have access to the Company’s database are required and trained to maintain and secure all information. Purposes of Personal Information Collection, Use and Disclosure:
If, in order to purchase a product or service accessible through the Site, you supply your Payment Information to the Company, the Company will use it for the purposes of processing your order. In order to do this, the Company may provide your personal information (including your Payment Information) to one Representative who will process payment of your order and may contact you in order to discuss the requested information you sent. The Company may share your personal information (including your Payment Information) with a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in order to enroll you in a monthly educational services program. You will be advised of the enrollment at the time you provide the Company with your personal information and you will have the opportunity to decline to participate prior to any program charges being processed. Your Payment Information may be disclosed to a third party service provider in order to allow for payment processing, but for no other purpose. YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION IS NEVER OTHERWISE SOLD, SHARED, OR DISCLOSED.

The Company uses the personal information that you provide (other than Payment Information) for marketing purposes in order to provide you with access to information, offers, products, or services from the Company, the Affiliates, the Businesses, the Representatives and/or other third parties, as well as to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the records the Company maintains. The Company does not provide your personal information to any organization or individual other than

(i) those contracted by the Company to process and manage data and refine leads on our behalf (such as assessing interest in the products, services or opportunities offered or promoted by the Company), and
(ii) those Representative(s) who contract with the Company and provide the offers, products, services and information that the Company promotes, and in all cases, only to fulfill the specified purposes set out in this Policy.

You agree to receive a newsletter from the Company, or from the Company on behalf of a carefully selected source, as well as any other Company selected offers or offers sent by the Company on behalf of a third party. There is no cost to receive these newsletter(s).

The Company may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with the Company’s server, to administer the Site, or to administer the various online advertisements, contests or surveys that are accessible through the Site. Your IP address may also be used to gather broad demographic information.

You may request access to your personal information and the ways in which that information has been used and disclosed. Requests for access to personal information must be made in writing to the Company’s Privacy Officer (using the email and must be clearly marked “Access to Personal Information Request”. If you make a request to access your personal information, the Company will insist on verification of your identity. The Company may charge a minimal fee to process such a request and you should verify the amount at the time of making the request. When providing the information you request, the Company will edit out certain information as required or authorized by law, including the personal information of other individuals, information that is subject to an investigation and confidential commercial information.

Cookie/Tracking Technology
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the site, and understanding how visitors use the site. We have active Google Adwords campaigns collecting cookies from our web users. This information is used for conversion and remarketing purposes.

  • Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Preferences Manager
  • Moncar Simulators uses Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online
  • Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the Internet
  • Moncar Simulators and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on someone’s past visits to your website

Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
